We offer the fastest, most reliable, and secure delivery to your door – and this is by courier delivery only.
The average delivery time is estimated to be 5 – 7 business days under normal circumstances.
As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number directly from our courier. You will then receive regular updates keeping you completely up to date with the status of your order. For your safety, all packages are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before distribution.
PLEASE NOTE! Shipping charges are calculated and added when you checkout.
The standard cost for worldwide courier delivery is currently $46.50 (per box/pack)
This does not include the price of Matula Tea which is $169.50 per box.
This does not include any tariffs or duties that may apply in your country.
Please Note!
- We ship using DHL, FedEx, or Aramex. Delivery is door-to-door and typically takes 5–7 business days.
- You may be liable for VAT / GST (General Sales Tax) and/or customs duties on importation into your country. US customers will be liable for approximately $69.00 in tariffs and import duties into the US, for each box of tea, from the 1st of August 2025.
- The shipping price you pay when you place your order DOES NOT include any VAT/GST and/or customs duties . The relevant shipping agent will contact you for the VAT/GST and/or customs duties on importation into your country whilst the parcel is in transit.
- Orders must be addressed to a physical street location only – no P.O. box addresses please!
- Only provide a phone number that matches the country of delivery.
- We are unable to ship to the following countries due to restrictions on herbal teas, including Matula Tea, or other local regulations: PORTUGAL, BRUNEI, PANAMA, EL SALVADOR, SOUTH AFRICA, BOSNIA, SPAIN, INDONESIA, SOUTH KOREA, MEXICO, CHINA, PAKISTAN, GUATEMALA, MALAYSIA, SERBIA, ALBANIA, RUSSIA, SRI LANKA, INDIA, LITHUANIA, and ISRAEL.
About your delivery address….
- You can easily change your shipping address when you are returned to our site after making your payment via PayPal.
- No postal (P.O. Box) addresses please! Our courier can only ship to physical street addresses.
